One aspect of VDS that has been harder than we expected is finding experts. Do you know a group of retired machinists who would be thrilled to spend some time back in the shop? Suggestions about how to attract and encourage said individuals to surface? Particular forums or communities we might be able to connect with to make progress? All advice deeply appreciated.
